 Here is a quick tip that will work your biceps and abs together. Standing bicep curls with proper form also work your core as a secondary muscle. Your core, abdominal area is what stabilizes your body while standing to perform the curl. Moreover, while curling focus on stabilizing your abdominal muscles which will give you more support, and work your abdominal muscles simultaneously.
